My Splashtail design + my Frostpaw/Frostdawn redesign! explanation under the cut

I thought it'd be fun to base Frostdawn off of Luzon Bleeding Heart Doves; with doves being classic symbols of innocence/purity/holiness of course , and "bleeding hearts" being a phrase thrown at people who are too soft and trusting, with that softness inevitably leading to them getting hurt

I wanted to keep the sun/dawn motif that I gave both her and curlfeather on her original design, and have the "bleeding heart" area line up with it and the canon scar she got after being attacked by Splashtail (also reflects the bloody sunset quote). I'd imagine that her wound starts healing as she slowly learns how to trust others again though

splashtail didnt get as much thought because I dont think he deserved it idk his design was entirely vibes-based somebody get this mint chocolate chip motherfucker OFF my screen 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
